Plus, we’re racking up rushing yards with Etienne, Choice, etc. that we wouldn’t have with KB.

We’re up 28-0. If this is the QB decision “blowing up in our face” and “finesse football,” I’ll take it every time.

Since KB is no longer on the team you are absolutely correct. Seriously, TLs arm talent was always much better. TL still needs to learn the offense and improve on game management. Also, OCs need to figure out to better utilize the superior arm talent. After calling 10 straight screen plays, they finally start vertically stretching the field the whole game opens up.

They're calling RPO's, not straight WR screens

TL has been making the decision to throw the ball to the WR bc of how far the CB's are playing off of the WR's and based on the number of defenders on the play side. It's not the most exciting play, but it's often the smart play based on what the defense is doing.

And that is in the face of terrible playcalling too.

Playcalling with KB was restricted because of KB’s deficiencies.

He couldn’t read defenses or pass farther than 10 yards with any consistency.
