Should we be happy or mad that he might be the next president? I'm assuming if Clemson is ready to hire him that WVU must have made some serious academic strides in the past 10 or so years, because that's the whole reason the ACC kept passing them up for membership...

based on the fact that they might promote the Athletic Director to replace Clements. Oliver Luck has some useful business experience, but he has zero experience in academia.

Can't go for someone in an Ivy League or a Texas area school. Why not someone from Florida or a well respected California program like Stanford or something?????

Clemson just had a public forum for university staff to tell them what they should look for in a president like a week ago. I seriously doubt they're moving that fast.
There is at least one other opening in the ACC (UNC)
