That makes no sense. That would put recipients between $50,000 and $75,000. Who they aiming at?

It was not based upon wages perse but the fact, read please, it is based upon how many employees a company retains. Under 50 employees and over 500 and the rules change. Rightly or wrongly that is how it is based, not on how much one makes.
