The cost of what it takes just to get these kids ready to practice, should be enough to make our guys want to give a 110% every time they step on the field. It's easy to see why they hate leaving. They are pampered better than they have ever been, just to play the game they love playing.

Anybody know if the equipment people get paid or if it's a volunteer job? I saw another video made by the Clemson equipment people on their trip to Syracuse, and they do a huge amount of work getting everything ready, even the headsets the coaches use.

Some get scholly...some get paid close to min wage I think
