LSU / Bama game was, does ESPN start trying to interject itself into the committee’s decision making on 2 of the same conference teams in the playoffs? This could start a bad trend for what’s left of the integrity of this process.

in front of me at the Sugar Bowl said, "Nobody wants to see an all-SEC title game." I'll be curious to see how viewers tune in by region. They'll get SEC homers, but I wonder about the rest of the country.

The ratings this year affects the future price of advertising. Not totally sure but the advertising is set on 1 year contracts starting in February. Someone who knows more correct me on this if I’m wrong. The Super Bowl is the only one that doesn’t have to worry about matchups as they change and everyone still watches.
