Need to cut that top a bit. Probably already scratched the ceiling if it's still the cheap builder's paint especially.

If you look at the top of the tree on the ceiling you will see a little man that has sticky hands and feet... my chillins threw them up on the ceiling. I was able to get one off. The other one will come off when I get the ladder to put the lights on.

It took about 15 minutes getting it through the front door.

Getting it in the stand was the hardest part. Getting it up without taking out the ceiling fan, in the corner of the ceiling, into the stand... it prolly weighs about 400 lbs is my guess.
