I say..Give me a break!
Why would #4 being beaten Saturday STiLL be #4 when possible wins by OK or OHst should be considered as #4.
Just wish we could get this Tiger show on the road & kick assse and show the Nation how Clemson wins a 2nd Natty in last 3 years!

If Georgia loses they will have two losses and should not be considered over a 1 loss Conference Champion.
If the committee pulls that junk again look for the other three conferences to rebel.

My thoughts exactly!!!!!! If Ga. loses on Saturday, they should be eliminated, PERIOD!!!!!!!!! If BAMA loses Saturday, they should bump us to #1, and we get preffered pick for playoff game location, PERIOD!!!!!!! If BAMA does lose Saturday, there will be alot of eSECpn experts that will have to be placed on suicide watch, and Sabans head will probably explode!!!!!!

Saturday, you could bank it that Jawja wins. Mo' money for the SEC. It would be scripted like the WWE.
I prefer the alternate scenario, where IF Jawja were to win, Bama gets left out altogether as a nonconference champion vs several one loss conference champions. That would be what SHOULD happen if the Committee really values conference championships as they have espoused in the past. But, we know that in reality, they would NEVER have the balls to leave Bama out in that situation.
So, I personally hope for no chaos Saturday, because I want us to win this Natty by taking out Bama while they are still ranked #1. Any of the chaos scenarios probably gets us playing them in the semis.

If UGA loses, they’re out. If Bama loses, they’re #4 in; possibly #3. I’d prefer Bama winning or ranked #3 with a replay against #2 UGA as UGA would leapfrog ND

There is no conspiracy by the playoff committee to get two SEC teams in.
If Alabama wins, Georgia is out. No way they are even considered for the top 4.
If Georgia wins, they are in, and Alabama is out.

As long as the Tigers, OU and OSU do their jobs and win, the UGA and Bama loser should be out. Then the discussion and decision of who's in, OU or OSU and where they're ranked begins.

...if UGA wins a hard-fought and tight (well played by both teams) game, I can absolutely see the committee putting Bama in at #4. I hope that doesn't happen, but do believe it's possible simply based on the team of century hype Bama has gotten all year long.

Total BS.
Also BS that they hang tOSU for weeks on the 30 point loss and never mention UGA getting blown out. THEN when tOSU beats Michigan most have completely dropped the "terrible 30 point loss" narrative. I think the media was 100% sure Michigan would win and now they have completely reversed course.
