Administration does the same thing in response, talk and no action.
The problem is the majority of coot fans don’t think there is a problem with fan behavior at games.

Different administration.
This guy means business. Of course he must crack the whip in a way that coddles the snowflakes into feeling good about their participation. But the optics of this are terrible for the school. Solving problems like this is why they hired him.

When we have gone to championship games in Florida and the concessions stands wouldn't let me keep the cap to my water bottle, I was a bit surprised and asked why. It's so that people can close them and throw them.
I didn't understand why that was a need until our game in Columbia a couple of years ago.

I took a video of the trash throwing and put it on Twitter. Man the amount of crazy usc fans who threatened me was INSANE! I had multiple people say they would kill me if I ever “showed my face in Columbia” it was crazy!

Maybe the SC President should promise them ice cream or dipping dots if the will be good during the game and stopping throwing things on the field.

I was driving last Saturday when I heard about the latest round of throwing water bottles and towels onto the field at Uof5C. It made me wonder how much would get thrown or who would throw anything at the end zone if there were 6 to 8, in uniform, State Troopers lined up across the end zone facing the seats?
That with a few other police officers around to make the arrest as the State Troopers identified the throwers would stop it quicker than banning someone for a year.
