should Barr appoint a Special Counsel to investigate Biden family corruption, shaking down governments, being bribed, money laundering, pedophilia, sexual assaults, dealing drugs and generally being low-lifes???

First of all, wow, seven ellipses really build the suspense.
But the answer is that a Special Counsel should be appointed as soon as Biden takes office, fires his FBI Director for failing to take a loyalty oath and publicly announce that Biden is not being investigated, and after his AG recuses himself for ethical reasons. And the Special Counsel should be a Democrat.
All of that needs to happen, and then we've got a proper parallel to what happened to Trump.
