student who has worked hard in and outside the classroom, his HS coach is a conscientious administrator who did everything expected of him in a timely manner, there is no reason why Tony has not been cleared to enroll at Clemson except that some committee hasn't bothered to look at his transcript, and some woman at the NCAA says they'll "put a rush on it." That about right?

Why are those people so dayum incompetent?

The NCAA Clearinghouse is completely pointless.....

Even if the Clearinghouse approves a student for enmrollment, if it is later determined that a student was actually academically inelligible, the individual schools are still punished for admitting an unqualified student-athlete. I won't even get into all of the on-going, unreasonable, incessant and unnecessary delays.

the actual eligibility of a player; they just approve the transcripts as submitted. If you did your job with so much incompetence, however, you wouldn't last very long. These goobs are practically worthless.

road to county specs, they inspect it after rough grading, finish grading and paving etc., then they make you wait a year for them to accept them into the county. And if they never accept them, the property owners are still charged county taxes on their homes to pay for the roads which the county will not maintain because they insist they were not constructed to their satisfaction. BLAH,BLAH,Blaaaaah.
