How much muscle did you have after your sophomore year of high school? He still has 3 springs and summers of lifting before he gets to college. Let's get in for him early. A 6'4" target in our offense. Just throw him some fades to the corner of the endzone and no DB will be able to stop that

Well, i think it goes something like 1.5 to 2 pounds of muscle a month is about as fast as the body can put on lean muscle (excluding body fat and glycogen). Arnold said if you put on ten pounds of muscle in a year, then you are doing tremendous. So he could easily put on 30lbs by the time he is ready to play with the tigers. That doesn't even account for his continued growth in his frame.

That experiment didn't turn out too well with Nuk. I'd rather let him spend the winter hitting the weights. He's going to need all the time there he can get.
