Bama is a 3 trick pony. Run the ball. Wear people down. Hit Ridley with the deep ball every few series. We are built to stop that. Our front 7 will shut them down. They won't wear us out because of the depth that Dabo has cultivated all season, and our covers are good enough to stop Ridley. On the flip side, we live off the run and short passes, and they have a much softer and depeleted linebacker corp this year. A perfect match for us. All they've got is mystique, and we took that from them last year.

Bama has several injuries at LB. They should have some of them back by Sugar Bowl. This will be a fight for the ages, just like last two years.
Other comments:
- Offense is based on run game.Hurts struggles with passing, maybe more than last year
- Same old defense except for LD injuries. Some have felt defense not the usual powerhouse but I attribute it to LB injuries.

If Bama is fully healthy it will be tough. We match up well simply because of our depth at all positions. Bama offense will have lots of time to try to get fancy, but that’s not what they do. It will come down to who gets winded in the 4th
