Coach K has been using his time as coach of team USA and his friendships with Lebron and Kobe and Kevin Durant as cool points. They even mentioned it in an article about Zion's recruitment.
Couldve sworn Duke bball was nike, but maybe Jordan stayed true to the baby blue and denied them.

Duke player family members get well paid jobs in the companies of "friends of the program."

They have been doing this forever.

It's not illegal and doesn't break NCAA rules.

They don't need to pay cash or bribe anyone.

UNC does the same thing at times except UNC has given jobs to family members through the university which is sketchier.
