Not unless you are escorted. They have biometric access controls.

Yes you can get into the lobby only. You can see the nike room, and championship trophy. The new ones not on display yet as they havent gotten a case for it. I just went last week. Tou can also see the dining area from a side view. I was a few players also while there. They have a older gentleman that will greet you and give you a rundown of the area. Also can see the replica of the hill from the bottom. You will have to park outside the gate and walk across the player parking area and go in. Had no problem getting inside the doors unlocked.

You can go into the lobby and a very limited portion of the first floor without an escort. The trophies are on display there under glass. You can also check out the championship rings and even run down the hill replica. I just did this myself the weekend of the parade and celebration.
