IV drip to assist water loss and help with depletion of electrolytes. Perhaps something for headache and fever but not really more than treating any serious flu symptoms.

I could see running short on respirators and aspirin.

Chinese Center for Disease says COVID-19 is 20 times deadlier than flu. It's caused by a completely different virus than the flu.
