My daughter Hayden a Freshman was given a field pass to the GA Tech game. She was selected to sign the Alma Mater and Our National Anthem! She's known American Sign Language since she was in middle school. She majors in Speech Patholgy and volunteers at the Life College, helping alternative students adjust to life situations. All this and her ringtone is Led Zeppelin. She loves her Tigers!
My girl is truly changing our world.
Not proud am I?

let the man have his moment and be proud of his daughter without shoving religion down his throat.
Just reading what he wrote, his daughter is changing things for others.....one step at a time.

Jesus Christ is the one who changes the world - and he does it every day through the good works of people like your daughter. He gives us the ability, it is our choice in how and what we do.....
So...CONGRATULATIONS to your daughter for all the things she does. you have every right to be happy. I share your joy in her helping others. What a fantastic story. Thank you, sir.

I am glad there are people who have the answers. Thanks for setting me on the right path.
Perhaps it is because of her faith in Jesus she is able to humbly change our world 1 step at a time.

helping others who are less fortunate...the Bible teaches that we are to be the salt of the earth, edifying one another. "Go ye into all the world...", there's no better way to ensure change than by helping others. If you can change a person's circumstance, He can change their life. That doesn't happen unless we reach their heart. That's why Jesus calls us disciples...
Hat's off to this young lady, wish the world was full of young people like her.

Do you indeed wish to raise the conversation, rather than buzzkill? How about something along the line of "Wow! That's great! Congratulations to you and your daughter! I'm so glad that she is usig the talents God has blessed her with to help change the world for the better."
You point is made, the OP is reinforced and basically we avoid a long thread of finger-pointing and self-righteous hair-pulling.
Unless THAT was your intention. If so, I've got a whole bucket of verses to unleash that are nowhere near as pleasant.
Ponder these things in your heart.
