it ironic that committed players always fall in the top 20 while the uncommitted seem to rise every year.
Mitch Hyatt was the overall #1 and fell immediately..think he settled at # 23 in the composite. I am not sure how they could explain that fall.

In ESPN's case.it's a bigger joke than 247.

247 can at least explain that Fields did out perform TL at The Open, but ESPN's former number 1, XT, DOMINATED at the Open.
With both of them pulling this move, it shows that it's based on driving up hits/subscriptions.

DW did not come out of high school as the top QB. Vic B did not even come out of hs as a DE. Grady Jarrett was a 2 star that nobody wanted except our staff. I could go on and on. The point is this staff gets the players they need to be successful. We develop our guys. Bama has the #1 class every year almost. Our staff did not even need one #1 class to beat 4-5 consecutive top classes stacked on top of each other when they faced Bama. Truth be told we should've had 2 in row. All that to say this staff has proven itself. Let the recruiting services do what they want. We will see who's better on the field.

Trevor is still number on the Overall Composite rating.
Scout and Rivals will have to have a lot of movement for Fields to over take TL.
With both, at this point still have TL at number ONE, they list JF at #5 and #8 . It'll take a lot of movement to get him up from that low.

Combine performances are a good measurement of athletic ability and mechanics. The true test of a quarterback is facing live defenses and being able to analyze what you're seeing and make the correct call with lb's and de's bearing down on you. If our staff believes in TL, that's enough for me.
