My coaches... err employers said that I am free to transfer to any company, preferably one of our direct competitors in the area, at any time. They said that if I were a team player that I would follow through and they would support me on this and give me the proper recommendations.
It is good to know that I am working for a company that displays this kind of class and decorum, hopefully, the next one will be the same way.

I did that awhile back. From afar, it looked like a good fit for me and more opportunity. But once there, I realized that management didn't teach me or give me the tools needed for success. Now I'm mired in mediocrity and just another face on the team. I think I should've stay where I was at.

Lube. About 10 years ago I went in for servicing and had completely the wrong idea about what it was they did there. Nevertheless, this is NOT an option.
