Pretty sure Sammy didn't have intent to distribute and appeared to be recreational use, not that that's OK, but that is a huge difference.

Yeh but Sammy was high, smoking during the traffic stop with a Clemson soccer player, had the same amount of pills on him (both psychostimulant meds without prescriptions), had weed on him, crashed his car into the curb on campus, was seen doing it, AND had an inproper tag.
I mean... Not exactly a parking violation.

he had other "issues" also!! all caused by that drug that so many on here love and want Dabo to just look the other was like LSU does
