were away from the Valley. Combine that with the 17 away night games we have played in the last five years and I think the ACC scheduling has not been in our favor. Big surprise, huh?

That is because Clemson admin do not want it at Clemson on Thursday nights. Too much conflict on campus with regular school day on Thursday and Friday.

And difficult to have a full stadium on Thurs night for fan

Which is the primary reason.

Hard to get to the game after work when most live 2 hrs away or most, and hurts local economy.

You don't see many 80,000 seat stadiums having Thurs night games. Most are around 50-60,000 and in bigger cities.
