So, 4 coots behind us at Bama game last night

We had a bit of conversation about the game, so late in the first half one leaned down and said " Great game the other night, sure was happy ya'll won. I live in Hoover now, but my brother and his wife still live in Gantt SC. We made a point to hit The University bookstore and load up on Championship gear, for a little "Clemson tater" control" he finished with a chortle.
Ok, I have him pegged now as a simpleton and rube, and in an attempt to severe communication offer a tepid "Swell". I was frankly more concerned about getting a little more Crown in my cup to finish the half than anything.
But Bubba Coot had to, had to, go "there". As the ball was about to be inbounded, he leaned down and cackled "Yeah, you guys showed them how WE do things in The SEC".
Unacceptable
I looked back and smiled, and offered back "You know, I guess you are right, in a way
WE showed how to win a game, on the biggest stage with everything at stake. And you guys are going to show how to jab a rival by swinging from the coattails of your betters, when in actuality we all know you have ZERO chance of ever appearing on that stage."
Suffice to say we had no more conversation. And they were out with 10 minutes or more left in the game - at which point I asked for an emergency sanitization of their vacated seats.
God help you folks if you have to deal with that nonsense daily

The freshman that enrolled last week (McIlwain?) is better than Watson.
Bama's defense showed how bad Watson really is by holding him under 500 years of total offense.
Just ask them.
That's what we hear all year.
Thanks for the help in shutting them up.
Congrats on win (Monday night and last night).
Wish we had better special teams, y'all definitely exposed that.
Hopefully Watson and his fellow Tigers can run roughshod over Auburn at Jordan-Hare next Labor Day weekend.

If we had lost by 25,that would have been a blow out.We wouldn't

I put people who use the term "SEC" as an adjective a notch below the 17 year old girls who are attending college football games for the first time and ask a lot of questions.
In football parlance, "Yall aint good enough for the SEC!!!"
is the rough equivalent to

Thanks for the sentiment,it is very difficult to make rational sense from irrational people. BTW, in honor of their "victory" we've renamed them "Carobama" and their city has been renamed "Cootaloosa" again in honor of "their great win"

What would make it more believable? Is it really hard to believe that Your Shamecocks would root for the SEC because they so desperately want to be a part of something good in football?
Everything about his post is 100% factual in my mind and in no way does he seem like a Clemson fan trolling. I think it is great that you are upset by his post because you obviously have no perception of your fan base. You should just look around and TRULY listen to your fellow doo-doo ice drinkers. I am a charter (circa 1988) member of Tide Pride, you need any help with your Bama history, I might be convinced to help. Really enjoyed our first visit to Cooterville in 92, a 48-7 win. I must say, Bama folks were treated like conquering heroes, but I had to ask, "Just what will this scjr program ADD to this league?"
I still cannot answer that question, save maybe for tailgatong in cabooses, and having a piece of poultry perch on the goalpost.
In a combined 48 years, neither Arkansas nor South Carolina have A SINGLE SEC CHAMPIONSHIP. Its like The SEC supersized a Big Mac meal at MacDonalds, and the bag we got handed at the drive-thru contained a stale happy meal sans toy
