JOB PURPOSE:
The position of assistant athletic director for ticket operations will be responsible for the management of all phases of ticket operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The assignment, sales, distribution and accounting of tickets for athletics and post-season events, including football, men's basketball, women's basketball, men's soccer and baseball.

This position will also be responsible for the overall operation of the automated ticketing system (Pacolian) and oversees a full-time staff of four employees, one part-time employee, as well as seasonal part-time and seasonal student staff members.

This position works in conjunction with IPTAY (athletic fund-raising arm) as it pertains to (Pacolian/Lutz) computer system, the points and donor levels for the IPTAY Donor base.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required: Bachelor's degree, and 3-5 years experience with a ticket operation in sports (professional or collegiate), supervisory experience and must have experience with Pacolian.

PREFERRED: Degree in business, marketing, accounting/finance or computer science.

at Clemson...it is a tireless and thankless job...(kinda like being a referee...nobody talks about you unless you screw up)....

Having worked for him for 2 years, I can tell you there is no finer Clemson man.....
