How a word is used in a sentence determines it part of speech! A word can easily be a noun or a verb depending on how it’s used.

I should have said 'writes well of Clemson'. I gave up trying to read the title...
I remember the days before 'impact' was a verb. That still sets my wife off! Language has rather changed since.

I agree with you about his poor choice of words. It was a good story that portrays our Tigers in a good way. I think that the college football world has accepted the fact that the Tigers aren’t going away. It just keeps getting better. As this season progresses I think we will see the recruiting really get a front page review from most media. I remember not so many years ago when EVERY top flight player wanted that offer from Notre Dame. Clemson has become THE football school in a very short time.
