Texas girls basketball coach arrested for word

I imagine this one should be apolitical, but a good little topic to discuss. Heard about this on the radio today.
A Texas girls coach (coaching 9 year olds, no less) got fed up with the constant hecklers and responded with a a little profanity. One of the hecklers was an off-duty cop from another jurisdiction who decided he needed to take her into custody for it. The actual police department in the area decided to follow through on the charges.

Seems like a quite an egregious abuse of police authority.

She must not have been very evasive if they managed to mail her a ####### letter. The slowest conceivable method at the most obvious possible place.
And also, wait a second, there was a warrant for her arrest because she was evading arrest? So they're going to arrest her because she's preventing them from arresting her? It must have been issued from the Department of Redundancy Department.
