It was surely a tight lip injury around Clemson, or at least I hadn't heard anything about Shaq having that serious of a shoulder injury!!!

He wore that arm brace that doesn't allow his arm to extend.

Probably has some rotator cuff issues, I think his arm can dislocate if he doesn't wear the brace.

I've had what they called rotator cuff repair, and it was 6 or more months before I could fully use my arm. That was about 12 years ago, but it has been good to go since it got well.

This type of misinformation on draft night has NO place in Chicago. Where is the evidence? Who is the source? He passed his follow up exam per all the sources. This needs to be looked into by an ethical agent.
