Man, being a coach would be tough having to deal with recruiting and follow ups along with making your your team was prepared for each week, and finding time to spend with your family. Hats off to the coaches!!

If these kids are smart enough to attend a school like Clemson. I think that they are also smart enough to understand that the coaches better/must spend a lot of time trying to recruit quality kid to play along beside them. Also I hope these recruits are smart enough to realize that any info coming to them about Clemson is from the AJC. That the info isn't even part true.

This is ridiculous

If the coaches are not in contact with him, that is BIG mistake. Hard to imagine Clemson coaches would not be in contact with him.

Even Wanker's article says they were last week. Fluff...***

Shaky because he is visiting UF and may flip

Oct 4, 2012, 3:50 PM

UF at least feels really good about him as of now.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Just for the sake of having an arguement,

Oct 4, 2012, 6:23 PM

If the coaches are contacting him infrequently, there is a reason. They would know something we do not, and something he is not telling.

However, I believe this is just another case of a reporter trying to make something bigger out of something without enough information. Trying to make a drum roll, so that if he does flip, the reporter can say, "I told you so." However, if the reporter is wrong, he will never come out and say he was wrong. Make enough predictions, and one of them must come true. Then hold that one out as if he is wise and has inside info, and then "I told you so."

If I were a recruit and had already committed to a school I wouldn't want to hear from the coaches. I'd rather them spend their time trying to get more recruits.
