you could tell....and when we would have a chance to get close we'd do something stupid and the lead would grow again...that was one of the worst performances I've seen in a long time.

I wouldn't exactly say he was "calling out the fans" per that quote. Making something out of nothing. Why in the world would Clemson fans be excited? Does he think we enjoy getting our teeth kicked in every game?

Completely agree on waiting until next year to judge Brownell I think we are on the way up. This is just a down year and anyone who was paying attention should've known that before the season started. If there is no improvment next year then you start thinking about dumping Brownell, but not now.

now I remember why I havent' been back to any games. Basketball games suck. Not even close to the excitement of a football game. Sorry, but that's just how I feel. I wasn't going to cheer because I don't see anything to really get excited about. I feel sorry for Tarheel fans that this is what they look forward to every year.

I guess if it means we can book better concerts it might be worth thinking about. Then we would would have our own Colonial Life Arena half empty for every game like the #####. We are too spoiled by the best sporting atmosphere in America across the street.

A fan is a fan regardless. Thinking we have to have a great team for the fan base to be energized is just wimpy bull crappa. You, who think this, should be ashamed. We might not have a great team, and there are problems for sure, but the fan base should be energized. When I was in school, we didn't have a great team at first, but the fan base was crazy!
