Serious question about Bill O’Brien

I was wondering how he cleans his chin dimple. Does he use a toothbrush or another small brush of some kind? Is it itchy when he grows stubble?

And on top of that, he’s a bad football coach. I thought I had it rough.

I think it's a sealed valve where he inserts the air hose to keep his head inflated.
