lending tree

Srsly. Its easier to shop rates and normally you can easily find a loan cheaper (no origination fees etc). They'll all sell off your loan in the first 90 days anyway, so it doesn't really matter who you go to.

I refied with Sebonic

Jan 16, 2019, 10:45 AM

via Bankrate.com

They sent an attorney to my house and gave me two free pens.

At the time, 2.75% on 10 year with total cost to refi about $1,200 including appraisal.

So that was a refi, not what you're doing, but I assume they do new home loans with low fees.

Want me to send you the info on my guy? He's on Pelham Rd. Super easy to work with. Waved origin fees, etc.

I know South State had a deal where 10% was good enough for no PMI.

Might still be there - don't know.
