"See the Stripes" replacing "Solid Orange"?

Found an interesting article written by a minority student at Clemson regarding some "See the Stripes" campaign that was instituted at this years First Friday Parade. I sure hope the University is not about to abandon the "Solid Orange" campaign which I believe (as the author points out) paints everyone regardless of race, gender, or orientation as a Solid Orange Tiger!

over Tillman Hall? The See The Stripes campaign was created/promoted by students just like the writer, not Clemson. If anyone is trying to divide it’s the students.

Solid Orange will not be replaced by a social justice mantra.
