Seacrest Racquet & Surf Club, Hilton Head Island for sale

If you know any one that would be interested in these time shares. Have them reach out to me. The reason why we are selling these 3 timeshares is because we have been at Seacrest Racquet & Surf Club, Hilton Head Island for the past 13 years. Because we have brought timeshares at Destin, Fl.

The Seacrest Racquet & Surf Club, Hilton Head Island property is value at $18,000 and all of the Weeks 17, 33 and 52 and all are red week property. I asking $500.00 each and I will pay all of the closing cost and deed recording fees.
Timeshares:

1. The property is located one block from the beach every three or for years week 52 is given addition week. Week 52 is the last week of December. This Timeshare is two bedroom, 2 ½ bath on the first floor. The next time you get an extra week is 2022 which mean your timeshare would start on 12/24/22 and end on 1/7/2023

2. The property is located one block from the beach week 33 is the third week of August. This Timeshare is one bedroom1 bath on the fourth floor.

3. The property is located one block from the beach week 17 is the last week of April to the 1st May. This Timeshare is one bedroom1 bath on the fourth floor.

4. I am selling Week 33 for $1500, week 17 for $900 and Week 52 for $2000 or all together for $2500.

Note: The Seacrest Racquet & Surf Club II, Hilton Head Island which is located on the beach. You will given a code to get into the bar, food, bathroom, pools and sun bathing decks.
