China has been buying more of our garbage than just our debt. Of course clickbait headline because I was thinking of that giant island of plastic in the middle of the Pacific coming ashore.

Well, seems like there will be some more jobs now recycling plastic here instead of shipping it to China.

Wish we could find alternatives to synthetic polymers for everyday products. The reusable grocery bags have been a good idea, but you're still filling them with things packaged in PET.

Screw reusable bags, just put a laundry basket in the trunk.
