I won't be surprised if we come out hot...

Oct 2, 2015, 11:29 PM

ND wants us to try them on the ground, and I'm sure we will, but I wouldn't be shocked if we came out and hit them with some play-action deep balls. They won't know what hit 'em!! Expect a few shots down field to keep them off-balance and a good amount of roll-outs. DW seems to throw best on the run (which is amazing!!)

I hope your right. But if there are 40 to 60 mph winds. Won't be good for passing game.

... WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EDT SUNDAY...
* LOCATIONS... NORTHEAST GEORGIA... UPSTATE SOUTH CAROLINA... AND WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA.
* HAZARDS... STRONG WIND GUSTS WILL COMBINE WITH SATURATED SOILS TO CREATE THE POSSIBILITY OF NUMEROUS DOWNED TREES.
* TIMING... EASTERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE AREA OVERNIGHT AND THEN STRENGTHEN SATURDAY THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT... BEFORE VERY SLOWLY ABATING BY LATE SUNDAY.
* WINDS... NORTHEAST 10 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH. THE HIGHEST WINDS WILL BE ACROSS THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF THE MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS.
* IMPACTS... SATURATED SOILS FROM RECENT... ONGOING... AND UPCOMING HEAVY RAINFALL MAY WEAKEN ROOT SYSTEMS AND ALLOW STRONG WIND GUSTS TO KNOCK DOWN NUMEROUS TREES. THE FALLING TREES MAY RESULT IN POWER OUTAGES... AND WOULD POSE A HAZARD TO LIFE AND PROPERTY.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OF 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT... ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA CAUTION.
