Trapp needs to sit

Like that was horrible to watch! Scott should be our PG going forward. For anyone who didn't see the game let me sum it up for ya. Trap was so bad Brad didn't even let him play in the final 5 minutes yet he started. Enough said. Missed layups, missed every free throw, and every shot I believe. Ncstate made their open shots 3s in particular and free throws. Game really was a tale of missed free throws. Sure trapp was bad today, but many of our other guys missed many one and one free throws. Moore, Jemison, Mack to name some. So many missed opportunities today.

Trapp is coming back from injury. Won the first 3 games he started this season. His shot is off. Never was a great shooter. But it will come back a little in time. He is on the court as a point guard to distribute the ball. Agree he may need to not shoot so much at least for now and he does at least need to make his free throws. But having him in the court is a good thing.

I've maintained for 3 years now Trapp isnt either, but he's the best right now we have as Dawes has hit the freshman wall

And also improve upon a very nice shooting stroke.
Look for significant improvements from freshman to sophomore seasons.

experience. Understanding the grind. I like Dawes a lot, but he's physically overmatched right now. And Trapp is 3/4 speed, not that he's ever been a natural PG

Trapp is shooting 35% from floor, 46% from the line.
I know we need him, but 35% on 3 shots would make me happier than 35% on 8 shots. He and Dawes were 1-12 today combined, 0-2 on FTs. Other teams know Jemison is horrible from the line; having Trapp on the floor same time as Trey gives them 2 easy "CoP machines".
