This rain is getting out of control. Something has got to give.

They received 8" in several hours. Not too many structures..

something (or several somethings) DID give. Things like road, bridges, walls, driveways. Clemson got 9" of rain in 4 hours. Not many structures in this part of the country are built to withstand that.

Same storm flooded lots of basements in the area
