As someone who went to Clemson between 1989-95...my bar is very low. I would have never imagined Tigers will be in this much of a commanding position. Still have the horrible dreams of Tommy West and Ken Hatfield

That was my freshman year and I lucked out to be there for the last of the great teams of the era. It's unfortunate they had two ugly losses (and an embarrassing tie) that dropped us out of the top 10. Otherwise that could have been a truly memorable season instead of just "the last ACC championship team for the next 20 years".

Great story. Sounds like a great family. I wish them the best, which of course means I wish they come to Clemson.
I am nervous about the choice DJ will make. It's a long way east to Clemson.

Yes he should. He’s everything Clemson and I think that’s the only reason we’re in it, because he knows that too.
And, a good chance we’d win the natty and the cws in the same year!!!! If sharpe develops like he should, and DJ Uiagalelei comes in with a 95 heater already... we’d have fri and sat wrapped up.
2 ace pitchers and two ace hitters!
