feel about the legitimacy of that legal status, it's still a crime in the end. To say no one on this board never smoked a joint would be pure fallacy. But in the end, getting caught drinking (when over 21) and smoking pot are two totally different things, despite the relatively harmless nature of THC.

My personal opinion is that marijuana should be legal (never smoked it in my life) simply because it IS relatively harmless.
