well I think Colburn or Dupree hart are better HS players but to be fair Bryant has only been a spread QB 2 years and has done pretty well. He has more upside at QB but probably also has some upside at WR.

FWIW, the SC rankings are overall from that state, not by position.
Kelly Bryant is rated as ESPN's 9th best player from SC for example.
