Mustard based. You sir are the most correct gentleman to ever walk the hallowed halls of Tigernet University.

Specifically, Wise’s BBQ in Kinards is superior to all others. Fight me.

I haven’t eaten inside there in a few years, but the buffet was only around $7 for the bbq, rice, hash, beans, skins, a the freshest white loaf bread ever. I miss the days of going on Friday & Saturday’s to eat there. Now it’s takeout by the pound or quart & a few bags of skins.

I might be able to report back with an accurate price after tomorrow. Going so to spend the day on the farm. I’ll definitely be going by there as ita only 7 minutes away.

My summer was job was in Newberry with a construction company. It was hard work but not as hard as baling hay. That what I did the summer before square bales no bale lift. load and unload by hand. in the middle of the summer. Not fun but no worse than football practice.

I spent over half my childhood on the farm in Kinards. I’m fully aware of that type of work. It sucks & I hope to only do it recreationally ever again.

Too right!

I would put up BBQ from Laurens & Newberry counties against any other in the state, including Charleston with Rodney Scott, Lewis, nd Swig & Swine. But then again, I'm parail to the spicy mustard based sauce.

Wise BBQ was my first intro to mustard base. We always made the red sweet and spicy sauce. Wise mustard is better than most out there but it was the first mustard base I ever had. You know how that goes.
