1. Proceeds from all Notre Dame games go to the Fighting Irish Network.
2. Notre Dame will supply its own refs to all basketball games held in the state of North Carolina.
3. The ACC must re-shoot its maternity ward commercial to feature a fat bratwurst-fed crying baby in the front row.
4. No more free c0nd0ms to be distributed in the ACC university health centers.
5. Mike Hogewood to be replaced immediately by Tom Hammond.
6. All conference championships to feature ACC division winner vs. Notre Dame because that's all the nation wants to see anyway.
7. No championship games in the state of South Carolina until the shamrock flies high above the state house.
8. HD cameras required for all Raycom broadcasts featuring Notre Dame.
9. Notre Dame has right of first refusal for all ACC bowl bids.
10. All current and future ACC schools must pay Notre Dame $50M should they decide to leave the conference.

We will be required to paint a giant Touchdown Jesus mural on the West Endzone instead of an oculus. All other ACC schools will be required to do the same.
