If OK ends up 4th and plays Bama, then they would be in Miami and we would go to Dallas. They don’t send the 1 seed to a bowl that is a disadvantage- ie Dallas is an hour away from OK Much better for tigers fans to make it south

….and actually only 200 miles or so much further than Miami believe it or not. And, it beats the crap out of traveling to Arizona or California.

The committee does not make the decision. #1 seed makes the choice where it wants to play and #2 get the remaining site.
