Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t get any guys tomorrow. It would be great no doubt, but the guys we already have in this class are great.

Our needs were not met. We need a third OL as every class must have 3-4 else we will pay the price down the road. We also need a safety and a CB as we are dangerously thin at both positions.

You got that right. Too bad we couldn’t take some of these transfers and turn them into db’s.
We seem to knock em down in most positions but for some reason seem to struggle with db’s on recruiting. I know it cycles in and out and you can point to so and so from time to time but consistently...
Wish we’d at least picked up a couple developmental db’s like flowers. Not sure how we lose him to tenn.

Honestly these transfers taking place at this time make me think that it is time for Dabo and Co to tweak our recruiting strategy. We backed off many guys to early and got in the game late on some.
We need to account for expected transfers and departures.

Not kidding. Dabo and Co obviously do great on the recruiting trail, but there is always room to improve with anything we do. All I am saying is a couple of tweaks. More so around roster management and not being afraid to keep aggressively recruiting kids expecting more attrition then it seems we do.
Mind you if we somehow land 2 to 3 of our targets tomorrow. That could make a huge difference.

I don't know where you are coming up with that. No team gets everyone they want and if you are suggesting we take commitments from guys and then retract it when someone better comes along, I'll take the way we do it. I'll take honesty and integrity every time over the SEC method.

Steve Wiltfong has a 90% accuracy with his crystal balls (insert your favorite ball joke here). He has CB’ed a couple of surprises for Clemson in the last 48 hours (unless he has reversed them since I last checked).
