international comedian prior to getting the Daily Show gig when Stewart retired. It's ok to just say you don't like his or the Daily Show's politics. It's not like that wasn't already obvious. Trevor Noah is funny.

Honestly though, I haven’t even given Noah a chance. It’s one of those things where, Jon Stewart and those who came through the Daily Show while he was on were so good, that in my mind it can never be that good again. Kind of like SNL can never be what it once was.

but I agree about Trevor Noah. I never thought he was that funny before the Daily Show and that hasn't really changed. To be fair to him, I haven't watched any Daily Show since Stewart left so maybe he's better with that material.

but they were mostly funny because they weren't around long I thought. They didn't have to sustain funny. Hedburg was in a class to himself though.

but Dice's 'character' never worked for me. It seemed too obvious and forced and I never could get past it. On the flip side, I also never could understand why people found him so offensive. He was a cartoon character who was trying to say "offensive" things. It's beyond hacky, but offensive? Nah.

Hitting over three hundred is good ... and fun to watch.
Trevor Noah gets a solid double on this bit - a line drive to the wall.
Criticism of comedy....just look at it as a swing and a miss. The next routine or joke may be a home run. It is f’ing comedy, cannot be taken seriously.
