Since we can select where to post: football, recruiting, whatever etc. can somone add a "Personal Feelings, Complaints and World Views" section so when i click on this site and this board i actually participate in sports conversations?
100% agree that theres a place for all these ideas and debates. But its not here.
I dont know about everyone else but i jump on tnet to peel away from work and life for 5-10 minutes a day, to read about the Tigers and this noise is just fing draining.
Ps- Go tigers. DW4 is about to prove why he is in fact the man.

I made a "please stop the bs threads about politics" thread today also, also proved pointless. But if you are visiting this site, especially on mobile, and filter it to football, you DO cut down about 80% of the riff-raff. You'll never stop the bozos from posting bozo stuff unfortunately.

...and unfortunately a lot of folks think posting their non-Football drivel on the Football bored will ensure that said drivel gets read by more eyes. And it really is out of control.
Like the OP, I come on here to read and converse about Tiger sports. But I sometimes find myself sorting through so much political and divisive BS that it is a huge distraction. No idea how to fix it though.

Agree with you on all accounts brother. These past couple of days have been especially terrible! Just have to stay the course, take deep breaths and keep bumping relevant threads I guess. Go Tigers!

Exactly. This is Tigernet. I have seen baseball, soccer, basketball, and now this crap on here. Throw in the non-stop thread hijacking by the gallery, and it's impossible to stay on point with a decent football conversation, which is all I am after. SMH. Oh well.

The American public won't here about it, unless from an unreliable source.
Non-Tiger football posts and negativiy should find its way to a TNet board similar to TIs "roundtable," where all those who care not about football are summoned and no longer have a voice to thwart a potential National Championship run.

Sometimes I wish sites like this and even the internet in general were not so anonymous...if folks had to put their real info out there a lot of the garbage would go away.....
