Richard Yeargin

Heard this afternoon that defensive end Richard Yeargin will miss the game against South Carolina tomorrow. From what I've heard - and it came from someone close to Yeargin - he had surgery this morning to clean up his knee. His availability for the ACC Championship Game isn't known but he should be good to go for a bowl game.

Should be alright. He is more of a pass rush specialist. Bryant has really stepped it up and Ferrell has played well this year. I just hope we are back to full strength by playoff time

He has played great this year. Everytime he is in there is a sack or TFL. That is no bueno.

Good thing the competition isn't stalwhart quality the next two weeks.

Bryant, Ferrell and Wilkins have all played better than Yeargin. Yeargin has had some flashy plays but has also missed some major assignments on the edge. Has not brought that consistency like Wilkins.
