Refund on tickets

If we redshirted how do we get a refund on our tickets ? I have not been notified after I redshirted.

IPTAY has been all over the place on this point. I asked that question to IPTAY (again) earlier this week and was told an e-mail would be going out on September 4 (Friday) where I will indicate what I want to do with my IPTAY donation and with my ticket money.

I had the same conversation and the same response when I spoke with the Iptay office this week....those who Redshirted/Opted out would receive an email on Friday, September 4.

I also redshirted on my tickets, email from iptay says refunds will be mailed in the form of a check in 8-10 weeks..

Maybe I'm just not seeing it....but for TICKETS....only option I see is they say call them.
For the IPTAY donation, they have a form to fill out depending on what you want, no refund, partial and full).

IPTAY told me there would be a "Redshirt" email sent out tomorrow (Friday) with all our donation/ticket options with a deadline of 9 September for providing our decisions.

They said 8 to 10 weeks so I hope you aren't depending on that money for rent
