They do get a LOT of much needed practice time however and that is extremely helpful. Going to any bowl is a tremendous advantage. It's almost like an additional spring practice,

bowl practices allowed by the NCAA. That's why you may tend to hear more about them in practice. But no, they will not play in the game.
