I see 86 if Wilkins stays when you look at all the outbound seniors/early exits and the 15 commits inbound.

I assume 1-2 QBs will transfer and likely 1-2 other positions. However what happens if no one did?

That would be a possibility. I bet we add at least 2 more before final signing day and there will be 4 more transfers.

You also need to take into account the three walk-ons that got one year scholarships last year. That drops us to 83. Have to assume we have at least three transfer. That would leave us with five scholarships available.

Walkons were included as all 3 you referenced were SR. The 4th was Spiers who I assume keeps it moving forward.
