What do you think about some of the coaching departures since we won it all? I mean, I totally understand Coach Brooks retiring. If anything, he deserves to go out on top. But obviously it seems like Coach Hobby's decision caught everyone offguard a bit. If you think about it, the reason why teams like Bama can consistently compete for national championships every years because they're able to keep the majority of their staff intact. Do you think this is gonna hurt us with defensive recruiting? Maybe we have incredible coach is waiting in the wings that I don't know about? Do y'all think we'll be just fine? What say ye?

of the big iceberg. For all we know, outgoing coaches my be the attrition Dabo wanted? I mean we absolutely know nothing about the situation. Just something to worry about is all.

Dabo already had two coaches in waiting and has proven his ability to plug and play when a coach leaves.
He's even said he's happy when he gets coaches promoted, even outside the program. Because that's part of his job too.
So no, I'm not worried. Not even remotely.

From my vantage point , I see coach Dabo Swinney growing coaches and some will want to move on .
My guess is Hobby had a goal of the NFL , and he took it .
