How does stating the facts make it sugar coating? I completely agree that those two wins definitely look better now than they did earlier in the season.

Mostly because we don't have a good loss yet.

It's not sugar coating anything, it's forcing people to pay attention. I heard a college football show yesterday on Sirius where 3 out of the 5 had Washington ahead of us because of our "close" wins, completely ignoring that we actually have some high quality victories, while Washington hasn't beaten anyone with a pulse.

Like Dabo always says " Iron sharpens Iron " .
It looks like just playing Clemson early is the key to making your crappy team better .

You're welcome CFB America .

We have the 42nd ranked SOS of schedule so far.

None of it really matters. We need to win out.

I think that is the SOS of our remaining schedule.

As the article say, we are 3rd in SOS of games played so far.

Funny how there's always people out there who think they know better than the coaches. Hilarious ??????

love the fact there's no mention of Loserville

Even though they certainly added to our SOS, we're talking about Troy. I'm sure they'll be crying about that too.... Ha Ha ... love it.

SOS is so irrelevant for us. We either win out and get in; or we lose and we don't get in.

Simple. SOS doesn't matter.

Also, we can't change our SOS. So no, we don't have a chance to improve it this weekend. That's up to FSU moving forward, but we can't do anything about it.

Not necessarily true. If we lose a close one to FSU, but win

out, it depends on what the other top teams do, that will determine if we get in. Of course, it is much better if we win them all and remove any doubt.

Right. To improve our SOS, we would have to lose to FSU, which would make their rating increase....
I vote not to improve the SOS.

Even if we had one good loss, we'd still be 2 short...

I know, seriously. I'll keep expecting to see SEC fraudsters OleMiss & their numerous quality losses at #25 until season's end...
